I don't want to get too out of hand with blogs which no one can find what I am doing in so I will publish mainly at my LiveJournal blog located at johnnymc.livejournal.com Any special things which I can't access from a computer I shall update here via my cellphone. :)

I am feeling much better today. Sleeping 9 hours helps. Giving up some internet time is a small sacrifice to make in exchange of healing during slumber.
